Delete your account

You can delete your Scroll Up account at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open Scroll Up and tap the settings icon.
2. Under your phone number, tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account is removed straight away.

By email

If you can't open the app, email [email protected] from the phone number you signed up with, or tell us that number, and we will delete the account.

What is deleted

• Your phone number and sign-in record.
• Your encrypted backup, if you made one, within 30 days.
• Anonymous usage counts tied to your account.

Your notes live on your phone. Deleting the account does not remove them from the phone. To remove them too, use Delete everything in the app's settings, or uninstall the app.
